Terms & Conditions

NOTE: All cost are inclusive of Product, Labour ,Transport and Execution charges

  • Lead time of 3 to 7 working days needed from the confirmation mail / PO date
  • All rates are subject to Day works
  • Night works will carry additional charges
  • Any changes on the work/site other than agreed BOQ will be initiated only upon proper mail confirmation
  • CGST 9% and SGST 9% is applicable (total 18%)
  • Project cost may vary according to the actual measurement at the site
  • Extension of approved works (hardscape) middle of the project will be initiated only after acceptance of revision of cost. Old cost for the same item becomes void
  • Addition of items (softscape) post the completion of project will be dealt with new BOQ
  • Water/ irrigation line points for the landscape can be designed by us – Additional charges
  • Lighting design options for the Landscape area can be provided by us – Additional charges

Work Details

  • Site cleaning, Digging, Levelling, Removing of unwanted materials from the site
  • Applying of soil mix (Red earth and Manure) in the ratio of 1:1:05 to the plants Area
  • Applying of Fertilizer and Bio-fertilizer to the Lawn and plants area
  • Work Completion : As per agreement and depends on site condition.

Client Scope

  • Client must ensure that the Water TDS level is less than 500
  • Necessary Civil Work at scope of the client
  • Daily Water supply at scope of the Client
  • Electricity, Water Points and Hose Pipe should be provided by the Client

Payment Terms & Conditions

  • 50% Advance payment
  • 30% after materials reach the site (Plants & Grass)
  • 20% Post completion of the site work
